At Bruno's Meat & Deli we listen to our customers! When we heard that you wanted deli products that were simply made from natural ingredients with no preservatives, no fillers, no artificial ingredients and no MSG, we set out to make that for you.
This new product line is cured using celery extracts with no nitrates added.
Products that are currently available using the new curing process are: Bruno's Natural Black Forest Ham, Bruno's Natural Turkey Breast (available in 6 varieties) and Bruno's Certified Angus Roast Beef.
